Partner program
Legacy Life CRM NextLevel

Your leads, handled by NextLevel.

We've partnered with NextLevel to bring a done-for-you ad manager service to our agency. Their team builds and runs Facebook and Instagram campaigns for life insurance agents, and your exclusive leads land straight in your Legacy Life CRM.

Average lead costs
$7–$40
avg cost per lead, by lead type

Final Expense tends to run cheaper; Annuities and IUL run higher. Cost per lead also depends on whether the ad sends to a lead form or a landing page, and on the quality of leads being generated for you.

Individual results vary by agent, audience, ad spend, creative quality, and market conditions. Numbers shown are portfolio averages, not guarantees.

Built for life products

Tuned for the way life products actually convert.

Done-for-you Facebook and Instagram ads for Final Expense, Term, IUL, Annuities, and Mortgage Protection — run by the same NextLevel team behind your CRM.

01

Different campaigns per product

Final Expense, Term, IUL, Annuities, and Mortgage Protection have different audiences, so each product line gets its own campaign and creative.

02

Real-time, exclusive leads

Every lead is yours, delivered the moment they fill out the form. No shared lists, no recycled traffic, no resold leads.

03

Ads run in your own account

Your Facebook Business account, your audiences, your pixel learnings. NextLevel handles the work; you keep the asset.

04

Straight into your CRM

Leads flow into your Legacy Life CRM in real time, where your pipelines, automations, and follow-up are already waiting for them.

Must-read

Read these before you sign up.

These are the operational expectations for every campaign NextLevel runs.

01

Recommended ad spend

Plan on at least $500 per week in ad spend, spread across all 7 days, so Meta's algorithm has enough data to optimize. Lower budgets are allowed but may mean slower optimization and fewer leads. If your ad account is brand new, Facebook may cap you around $350/week for the first few weeks while trust is established.

02

Minimum state targeting

Target at least five states where you're licensed. Narrower geographic targeting restricts Meta's ability to find the right audiences, which drives up lead costs. The more states you're licensed in, the better your campaign can perform.

03

Optimization takes patience

Most campaigns start generating leads within 24–48 hours of launch, but lead costs may run elevated for the first few weeks while Meta's algorithm learns. Commit to at least 2–3 months before drawing conclusions — performance typically stabilizes and improves once the algorithm has data.

04

Lead costs can vary

These are real-time advertising leads, so you may occasionally get one with a wrong number or from a state you're not licensed in yet. That's normal for any paid lead generation and should stay a small percentage of your leads. Specific lead costs can't be guaranteed, but NextLevel monitors quality and addresses patterns outside the normal range.

05

Your ads run from your own account

Everything is managed inside your Meta Business account — not a shared agency account. The leads are exclusive to you, the data belongs to you, and your ad history stays with you. If you ever decide to run campaigns yourself down the road, it's all in your name and fully transferable.

06

Why this system works

Meta ads remain one of the most effective lead generation options available for insurance agents: the leads are exclusive, generated in real time, and reach you before a competitor ever touches them. Combined with your Legacy Life CRM and its automations, you have a complete system from first click to closed case.

Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

Who actually runs my ads? +
NextLevel — the same team that runs the infrastructure behind Legacy Life CRM. We partnered with them because they specialize in Meta ads for insurance agents, and because your leads flow directly into the CRM you already use. Their media team builds, launches, monitors, and optimizes your campaigns.
What does cost per lead look like across life products? +
Average cost per lead runs $7–$40 depending on lead type. Final Expense tends to run cheaper; Annuities and IUL run higher because the audiences are more specific. It also depends on whether traffic goes to a lead form or a landing page, and on the quality of leads being generated for you. Reach out for current numbers by product.
Can I run Final Expense, Term, and IUL ads at the same time? +
Yes — but as separate campaigns. Audiences don't get mixed. Each product line gets its own creative and its own ad spend allocation. Mortgage Protection runs as a dedicated campaign too, with its own homeowner-targeted audience.
How many states should I target? +
At least five where you're licensed. Life products travel well across state lines — most carriers operate broadly — and wider targeting gives Meta's algorithm more room to find the right buyers at a lower cost.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. A 90-day commitment is strongly recommended so Meta's algorithm has time to optimize before you judge the results.
Are there additional charges? +
Besides the $497/mo subscription, your ad spend goes directly to Meta — we recommend at least $500/week. Your Legacy Life CRM subscription is billed separately, as usual.
Why shouldn't I just run my own ads? +
You can. Anyone can run ads. The question is whether you can run qualified ads and still have time left to sell — ads need daily attention, and every hour of it comes out of the only part of your day that pays you. NextLevel has placed over $3 million in Meta ad spend for insurance agents, so they already know what works. You'd be learning it one campaign at a time. You're better at selling than they are. They're better at buying media than you are.
